After placing your order, it takes about 1 to 3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on the first or second day of the week. 

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information.

On average, shipping takes about 7-15 days once it leaves the warehouse. There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

USA*: 6 to 15 days

UK: 4 to 10 days

AUS: 6 to 12 days

We are NOT responsible if you input the incorrect delivery address.

For the weight of our items, our shipping rates are extremely low.

We've made a decision to cover 60-65% of your shipping label costs so you don't have to worry about it too much.

ie. It costs us $30 to ship your package, you only have to pay ~$12 and we will cover the rest for you.
